When I pencil in a note in the score, some of the notes automatically switch to flat/natural. How to fix this?

My song is in Eb but for some reason logic pro decides that all C notes are flat. Really frustrating, have no idea how to fix it. Thank you.

Then you have a key change in your song.

open up the global tracks and look for a key change or open the event list and go to the signatufe tab.

delete all key signatures except for the top one and make sure that one is in Eb
